Wood-fired sauna + cold plunge

A traditional wood-fired sauna at the edge of the forest, with a cold-water plunge pool fed by the mountain stream right next to it. Hot rocks, eucalyptus water, and a lounge area for the recovery part. On its own this is the after-dinner activity people go back to every night. With our guided ritual (90 minutes, by request) you get a structured sequence — hot, cold, rest, repeat, with herbal tea between rounds — that's particularly good for retreat groups doing intense practice or teams that need to physically reset after a long day. Best paired with a hike or a long meeting day. We provide towels, slippers, and a bathrobe rental if you didn't pack one.
