What a team off-site looks like here
Sessions on the big platform or in the heated dome, a walk to the lake or a cooking class in the afternoon, the sauna and the campfire after dinner. We cook three vegetarian meals a day and look after the place. Book a few tents or the whole camp for your team. Tell Anastasia what you have in mind and she'll send you a quote.
What's on offer
The whole camp for your team
Twelve Lotus tents and the Half Dome sleep up to 33. Bigger team? There are guesthouses in the village, and we can help you book them.
Room to work together
The big platform under the sailcloth tent fits the whole team. The heated dome has a projector and screen for presentations. We have Starlink wifi, a speaker and a microphone.
Evenings together
The sauna is warm in the evenings and the campfire is lit after dinner. Want something special one night? Tell Anastasia and she'll see what's possible.
Activities & tours
Morning yoga on the platform or in the dome
A morning class with one of our teachers, in the dome or out on the platform when the weather is good. All levels. It's included in your stay, just ask us and we'll agree on a time.
Wood-fired sauna + cold plunge
A wood-fired sauna in a tent, warm in the evenings, with a cold plunge right next to it. A guided sauna ritual is possible on request.
Guided forest & herb walk
A slow foraging walk from the tents into the forest with a local herbalist: wild herbs, mushrooms in season, and whatever the old village trees are giving that week.
Georgian Cooking Workshop
Make Adjarian khachapuri, the boat-shaped one with egg and butter, with our kitchen team. Then everyone eats what they made.
Campfire under the starry skies
We light the campfire in the evenings when the weather allows. There are blankets and hot tea, and it's where most groups end the day.
Movie Night Under the Stars
On a clear evening we put up the screen on the platform, with snacks and blankets. If the weather's bad, we move into the yoga dome.
Booking terms
30% prepayment of the total booking amount confirms your dates. It is non-refundable and it is your minimum: whatever changes later, you never pay less than this. Example: you book the whole glamping and pay 30%. If in the end only one person comes, you still pay that 30%.
More than 60 days before arrival: add or remove tents freely. Your bill is recalculated, but never below the 30% prepayment. 60 to 30 days before arrival: you can remove up to 2 tents free of charge. 30 to 14 days before arrival: you can remove 1 more tent free of charge. 14 days before arrival: final numbers are confirmed in writing. From then on the booking is fixed and every booked tent is paid. "Free of charge" means the removed tent comes off your bill. The 30% prepayment is never paid back. Adding tents is always welcome, subject to availability.
The accommodation balance is invoiced when final numbers are confirmed, 14 days before arrival, and is paid before arrival. Food and other costs are paid at the end of the stay.
Your final numbers, confirmed in writing 14 days before arrival. We need your programme (the daily schedule of activities) 30 days before arrival - it does not depend on the exact number of tents - and the tent allocation list (who sleeps where) 7 days before.
Cancelling more than 60 days before arrival costs only the 30% prepayment. Inside 60 days, any reduction beyond the free tents above, including a full cancellation, is billed at the contracted rate. Force majeure (war, natural disaster) is handled case by case.
