A hands-on cooking class with our head chef in the yurt restaurant kitchen. You make two of the Georgian classics — khachapuri (cheese bread) and khinkali (dumplings) — from scratch, including the dough. The chef walks the group through the technique and the history of each dish. It's a 2.5-3 hour activity ending with everyone eating what they made, with wine from the local Adjara vineyards. We can scale it up to 15 people on two parallel stations. A reliably good icebreaker for company off-sites and the most-requested wedding activity for guests arriving the day before. Retreat groups sometimes add it as a Saturday afternoon thing on the way out.
